Alochanna (ଆଲୋଚନା) means discussion, the kind that actually goes somewhere.
It started in Puri as a small Instagram page and one question: why do we know so little about the country we argue about every day? So we started reading, asking around, and sharing what we found, in words that feel like a conversation, not a lecture.
Today Alochanna is a space for anyone who loves a good debate as much as a good cup of chai. We dig into the past, make sense of the present, and talk about the things that shape our lives, from old stories most textbooks skip to the news everyone is fighting over. We don’t pick sides for you. We bring the facts to the table and leave the thinking to you.
Pull up a chair. The chai is on us.
Stories from India’s past, told with sources you can check.
Policies and debates broken down so you can make up your own mind.
The questions that matter in our towns and cities, discussed openly.
